screen.width-333)this.width=screen.width-333" border=0>要成为一名合格的海军陆战队队员，必须经过各种形式的严格的训练。耐高温、耐严寒、抗眩晕是对海军陆战队员身体素质的最基本要求。耐高温训练的标准是在烈日下能顶住3到4个小时的暴晒。耐严寒训练是在零下30度的野外仅靠一床棉被和一件军大衣过一夜。基础科目训练包括泅渡训练和越野训练等。在泅渡训练中，每人要游3000米到5000米，全副武装负重20公斤要游300米。在越野训练中，每人全副武装负重20公斤5公里越野不超过20分钟。训练强度和难度最大的要数野外生存训练，队员们要在荒岛的热带丛林里生存和野战5个昼夜。
